Duchniak Coffee Shop, Wakefield
Our client Aneta Duchniaks vision was to create an authentic yet modern Polish restaurant and coffee house on the outskirts of Wakefield City Centre. Her design brief was strong vibrant colours with a warm welcoming feel. Our upholstery contractors fitted red leather booths with a polished ash boarding which set off the theme fantastically. Impressed by the initial items we were commissioned to create a display counter / servery which we manufactured in our workshop and installed on site. The counter included polished granite tops in midnight black stone.
Haighs Solicitors, Mirfield
What started out with us consulting a Solicitor on a premises lease led to us undertaking one of our largest schemes of work in 2014. Mr Nick Haigh (Haighs solicitors principle) had recently purchased a former newsagents in Mirfield town centre, with a view to refurbishing the building to become his firm's new offices.

Craig instructed a local architect to draw up a few different schemes to suit the clients intended use. Once a design was agreed, Craig liaised with the Local Authority Planning department and Building Control on the clients behalf , once approved a full refurbishment of the building was underway. Craig and his team including electricians, Plumbers and Heating Engineers fully fitted out the tired redundant shop into a modern office environment including a meeting room, offices and a reception area, as well as installing disabled toilet facilities and a staff kitchen.

As you can see from the images Haighs Solicitors now enjoy a prominent position on the High street working from modern premises.

Cartwright's Wedding Car & Limousine Hire, Dalton
Our client required a timber frame building to act as a home office / meeting area for his expanding wedding car & limousine hire business. After researching what was available off the shelf himself Mr Cartwright contacted us, to see what we may be able to offer. We designed and constructed a bespoke building which was insulated and included UPVC French doors. Internally we fitted out the office including flooring and wall panelling. Our electrical contractor installed power points, heaters and LED spot lights giving a professional environment in a garden setting.
